I am a sophomore at Temple University with a strong interest in the aviation and customer experience industry. My background in hospitality has helped me develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through progressive service roles, where I learned how to create positive experiences for a wide range of customers. I enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments and take pride in being adaptable, dependable, and detail-oriented. My academic work and professional experiences continue to strengthen my understanding of service operations, teamwork, and leadership, all of which support my goal of building a long-term career in aviation.

My immediate goal is to gain hands-on industry experience and develop professionally in my role as a Customer Experience Agent with British Airways, where I can continue building strong customer service, operational, and communication skills in an international aviation environment. Long term, I aim to grow within the aviation industry by taking on increasing responsibility in customer experience, operations, or management roles. I am especially interested in opportunities that combine service excellence, global travel, and organizational leadership, and I am committed to continuously learning and developing the skills needed to succeed in this field.
